She has been actively involved in soft skills, personality development, and corporate training for over 15 years. Along with Rajni Bhasin, she has co-founded the AMV Group – Anglais - Study Overseas and School of Skills Development, Meraki – School of Higher Education, and Veridical Technologies. These organizations are completely dedicated to providing various services in the field of education as well as skills training that are necessary for securing a good career. She is earnestly sharing the responsibility of successfully running the PGDM program from the 2025 session onwards.

A passionate educationist with more than 20 years of experience in the field of education, she is the founder & director of the AMV Group – Anglais - Study Overseas and School of Skills Development, Meraki – School of Higher Education, and Veridical Technologies. Through these organizations, she has been contributing towards providing invaluable services to students to enable them to create a bright future. She has an inherent inclination to empower girls who wish to move ahead in life. She has been handed over the complete responsibility of running the PGDM program from the 2025 session onwards.
